Frequently Asked Questions....

Some of the frequently asked questions...and answers, relating to this programme are below...

Is this programme available as a workshop that we can attend?

No..
We have deliberately focused on the E-Learning format for this programme because we believe this will keep the costs to a minimum and enable more women to benefit from this course.

Also, as you can see we have a large and elite group of contributors to the development of this programme and it would be impossible to get everyone together at the same time.

I want to receive my e mails at both my home and work e mail addresses. is this possible?

Yes
our programme is protected under copyright and also by our DRM system (Digital Rights Management). We do not encourage you to "forward" our e mails to other e mail addresses, the programme will not work correctly in these circumstances.

However, if you want us to send your lessons to another e mail address this can be done. Simply request this at the time of your registration.

Can I suspend my e mails for a period whilst I am away from my PC?

Yes...
Simply drop us an e mail saying you want to suspend and when you want to resume.

I have some questions regarding the course content. Can I discuss these with you?

Yes...
Each lesson contains an E mail link button to enable you to communicate directly with the course developers. We will answer every question, either via e mail or via a telephone conversation.

I am a bit concerned about the technical requirements to enable me to receive this course. Can you help?

Yes absolutely...
It is actually very easy, all you need is an e mail address and an internet connection.

However, when you subscribe for this course we will send to you a brief document outlining the very simple steps you need to take to ensure you have no problems.

Do I need special permissions to access your server?

No...
There is no need to remember logon details and passwords, no need to configure firewall access or security access from your home or work network...nothing.

All you need is an e mail account and an internet connection. It is that simple.
