We are constantly adding to and innovating with our range of services.
It is our view that any product, service or tool which we believe will inspire, motivate, teach, develop and sustain “Peak Performance”, should be included as one of the offerings from our institute.

PERFORMANCE TALKS – The dedicated division of our institute providing a range of speakers for your conference, event or seminar. Our primary presenters are Dr. Glenn Singleman and Heather Swan whose awe inspiring presentation will inspire any audience to believe that they can overcome any obstacle, any fear and any lack of experience, in whatever area they choose.
EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING – We use experiential learning techniques to fast track the “Peak Performance” process. Click on this option to see details of our experiential learning offerings and our new unique “Blended” learning programmes the “ONE SHOT’ group of programmes.
BEHAVIOURAL ANALYSIS TOOLS – Throughout the “Peak Performance” programmes, consultancy and coaching services we refer to the key concept of “talents”. We offer three behavioural analysis “tools” which can be used to objectively explain and analyse some of the key elements which contribute to our individual “personal talents”.
The three tools we use are:
1. The Behavioural Styles Analysis tool to analyse preferred behavioural styles
2. The Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) to analyse preferred thinking styles
3. The Kolbe Conative System to analyse preferred instinctive decision making styles.

PEAK PERFORMANCE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE – We strongly believe that young people, young teenagers in particular should benefit from the “Peak Performance” principles as soon as possible.
