The Programme Development Team
This programme has been 3 years in the devolopment. We have co-ordinated the knowledge, inspiration and research of the following contributors...
Heather Swan
Heather Swan is one of the founders of The Peak Performance Institute and the inspiration behind the creation of our programme.
Heather's passion is finding a way to make women realise that more than men they consistently undervalue their capabilities, and consistently overstate their deficiencies.
"Women constantly hold back because of this belief" says Heather.
In addition to contributing to much of the material for this programme, Heather also "walks the talk" demonstrating just how capable women are in a men's world. Heather is one of the world's most accomplished Base Jumpers, Skydivers and Rock Climbers and one of the most sought after public speakers.
Heather Wright
Heather Wright is one of the founders of Advance Performance in the UK. Heather helped establish The Peak Performance Institute in Australia.
Heather is a firm believer that with the right attitude, belief and passion, women can achieve anything they set their mind to. Heather has dedicated the last 10 years of her life to helping women in particular realise that this is the case.
David Hall
David Hall is the founder of the Positive Health consultancy and learning organisation in Australia.
David's passion is helping people understand that with some simple lifestyle modifications, coupled with an appropriate exercise regime their "quality of life" can be improved significantly.
David has contributed a large part of the learning material in phase 3 of our programme.
Kathleen Alexander
Kathleen Alexander is the founder of Clever Fox a consultancy specialising in the application of NLP and Mind Mapping to everyday life.
Kathleen is a firm believer that with the correct knowledge, tools and techniques, women in particular can become much more organised, much more creative and ultimately happier.
Kathleen contributed a large part of the material in this course, particularly the material in phase 2.
Peter Myers
Peter Myers is the MD of The Peak Performance Institute and a passionate advocate of the "Peak Performance" principles.
Peter has contributed much of the material for this programme, in particular in the area of behavioural psychology. In addition the E-Learning style of this programme has been developed by Peter.
One of Peter's passions has been to find a way to make the "Peak Performance" principles and teachings available to as many people as possible, and the PPI E-Learning platform now achieves this.
Dr. Glenn Singleman
Dr. Glenn Singleman is one of the founders of The Peak Performance Institute.
Glenn is considered to be one of the world's foremost experts on the impact of "fear" on human performance and his research in this and related fields has contributed much to this programme.
In conjunction with his wife, Heather Swan, Glenn consistently "walks the talk" and throws himself into challenges which not only test his own ability to overcome fear, but also provides new research, examples and metaphors for his teachings.
Currently Glenn and Heather are in the process of a wing suit jump from the highest cliff in the world.
Dr. Andrew Davaris
Dr. Andrew Davaris is a significant contributor to the health & well being sections of this programme.
Andrew uses his considerable medical background and expertise to help people understand that whilst traditional medicine has a part to play in "well being", the most significant factor is their attitude, their beliefs and their behaviour.
Andrew is a firm believer that with the correct teaching, training and understanding people can significantly help themselves to achieve more, do more and enjoy a better quality of life.
Jill Myers
Jill Myers is the "driving force" and one of the continuing inspirations behind the development of this specialist programme for women.
Jill is a passionate advocate of her philosophy that women can significantly improve the quality of their life by understanding and "coming to terms" with the many influences which contribute to the low self esteem which many women suffer from.
Jill has contributed much of the research providing "real life" examples to illustrate the teachings in this programme.
